The Avresses room is located on the second and third floors and can accommodate 2, 3 or 4 people.

It features a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink overlooking the Citadel, a separate toilet, a small living room with a view of the Meuse River, and a separate upper floor with two single beds and air conditioning.

A shared kitchen is located on the ground floor.

There are also two toilets on the ground floor.
